Process

Outline first. Then build.

Five phases, always in the same order. The outline comes before any design, so you know what you are getting before anything is built.

We outline strategy, websites, campaigns and software on one page before we build any of it.

The outline is a single document: every screen, what it says, what it does, how it is measured. When it reads right, we build exactly that.

Five phases

Every project, in the same order.

  1. Phase 01:

    Brief

One call. We ask what your business does, who it is for and what has to change: more bookings, fewer emails, a product people can find. We read what you already have and come back with questions, not a pitch.

  2. Phase 02:

    Outline

Before any pixels, the whole project goes on one page: every screen, what it says, what it does and how it is measured. You read it, mark it up, and we revise until it is right. This page is the contract for the work.

  3. Phase 03:

    Build

Design and engineering happen together, in the open. You get a link on day one and watch the thing take shape with your real words and images, not placeholder text. Feedback goes on the page itself.

  4. Phase 04:

    Launch

We move the site or tool onto your domain and accounts, check every form, link and screen size, and connect the tracking. You own the whole thing: domain, hosting, code and data.

  5. Phase 05:

    Grow

The numbers come in and we read them with you. Pages get rewritten, forms get shorter, campaigns get cut and renewed. The work keeps earning its place or it changes.

What we need from you

Three things, and the rest is on us.

  1. An hour at the start

One call to hear how the business runs today, who you serve and what has to change.

  2. The real material

Your words, your photos, your prices, your logins. Placeholders hide problems until launch.

  3. One person who decides

Feedback from a team is welcome; the yes comes from one person, on a date we agree.

Start with the brief. It costs an hour.
